A logistics operator was managing supplier relationships across 6 disconnected systems. Issues surfaced in daily standups — not in real time. By the time problems were escalated, stockouts had already propagated downstream.
What we built
Live tracking dashboard ingesting data from all 6 upstream systems, with ML-based anomaly detection that fires alerts before human review. Supplier scorecards and predictive stockout warnings gave the ops team 48-hour lead time on issues that used to surface at crisis point.
